Terms & Conditions
1. Offers and Incentives are only available, subject to the full asking price, on selected plots and selected developments.
2. Offers and Incentives only apply to new reservations, taken from 10am on the 1st July 2024 to 5pm on the 31st August 2024.
3. Offers and Incentives must be agreed and recorded on the reservation form at the point of reservation.
4. Monetary contributions towards Stamp Duty, Deposits, etc will be deducted from your completion statement unless otherwise agreed at the point of reservation or as part of other buying scheme (e.g. Own New Rate Reducer).
5. Where full Stamp Duty is offered, this will be calculated at main residence rate for UK residents. No additional payment will be made for second property or overseas purchasers.
6. Goods contributions towards optional extras (such as flooring/turf/etc) are subject to build stage and must be agreed at the point of reservation.
7. Offers and Incentives cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, such as Part Exchange or Easy Move, unless agreed as part of the offer or incentive.
8. All reservations are subject to our normal terms and conditions.
