Current vacancies

Due to our continued growth, an opportunity has arisen to join Denbury Homes as a Trainee Sales & Marketing Assistant.

Based at our Head Office in Westley, Bury St Edmunds (IP33 3WD), the successful candidate will assist the Sales & Marketing department, being a key point of contact for our sales team members across our developments, and supporting the team at Head Office.  Please note: While the role is primarily office-based, you will occasionally be required to travel to our developments across East Anglia.

Main duties of the role include, but are not limited to;

  • Updating web portals on a weekly basis
  • The cross-referencing and subsequent approval of contracts and transfers sent by our legal team
  • Answering enquiries for both current and forthcoming developments, via email, CRM and on the telephone
  • Completing PO requests for quotes received
  • Stationery order requests sent in by the sales team, and arranging delivery
  • Updating trackers that assist the team with day-to-day tasks
  • General housekeeping of storage areas, stock levels etc
  • Assisting the wider sales and marketing team with general day-to-day administration and tasks

Applicants are required to have excellent communication skills, be IT literate and a good understanding of Microsoft Office. Please be advised some lifting will be required in this role, especially with the set up of events and development launches. Some knowledge of working for a housing developer would be advantageous, but full training will be given.
