Luke trained as a chartered accountant and qualified as an ACA with the ICAEW in 2018. Having trained in practice at Ballams in Ipswich, he later moved industry, initially working within the oil and gas industry before making his move into house building by joining the Hopkins Group as a financial accountant in 2021.

When Hopkins and Moore rebranded to Denbury Homes in 2022, Luke was appointed as the Financial Controller and after getting to grips with the industry, Luke became Finance Director in 2024.

Luke lives in Suffolk with his partner Beth and their two Ragdoll cats, Maximus and Maisie who live the life of Riley! Outside of work, Luke is a keen explorer visiting new locations home and abroad and keeps fit with his local CrossFit gym.
