recommend a friend

1. The Recommend a Friend promotion is valid on new reservations only from 1^st February 2023 to 31^st December 2023 inclusive. 

2. We require a completed Recommend a Friend card to be completed and given to a Sales Negotiator before your friend(s) register(s) their interest in buying a home with us.  If they are already known to us and exist on our database, the recommendation will not be valid.   

3. At the point of reservation, the Sales Negotiator will list the Recommend a Friend promotion on the reservation form.  This will then be registered with Head Office in due course. 

4. No recommendations can be accepted after the reservation form has been completed. 

5. Upon completion of the plot, both the recommended person(s) and referring person(s) will receive £500 each, within 28 days of the plot completing.  Payment will be made via BACS, and therefore you give consent for us to contact you in this regard. 

6. This promotion is not applicable to any member of staff working for Denbury Homes.
