Denbury Homes launches Fallows Watch, Little Easton

Denbury Homes, the five-star rated HBF builder, is delighted to announce the upcoming launch of Fallows Watch, a charming new development in the picturesque village of Little Easton, Essex. Available for off-plan purchase from this Saturday, September 14th, Fallows Watch offers a range of thoughtfully designed homes that seamlessly blend with the local architecture.

The bespoke development of Fallows Watch will comprise of 44 new homes, with 18 of them being affordable – including two wheelchair accessible homes. Homes available include three-, four- and five-bedroom houses and bungalows, all of which have been sympathetically designed by Denbury Homes to reflect the area around Little Easton.

Work began on site in February 2024, and the development has been thoughtfully planned to retain a woodland area with the addition of new trees and further attractive landscaping. Careful consideration has been given to the choice of materials, ensuring that the houses complement the charm and character of the picturesque village of Little Easton.

Sara Raven, Sales & Marketing Director at Denbury Homes said: “Our knowledgeable team is eager to welcome buyers on site to discuss the available homes. Little Easton is a charming village with excellent transport links to the local towns and cities, and we are thrilled to be able to open our doors to homebuyers, offering the opportunity to buy your dream home off plan.”

Little Easton dates to the 12th century and was recorded in the Domesday Book. It now boasts a well-supported village pub, the Stag Inn, within walking distance from Fallows Watch and is home to the beautiful Gardens of Easton Lodge. The market town of Great Dunmow is situated a couple of miles away from Fallows Watch, and only eleven miles from the bustling town of Bishop’s Stortford. With close travel links to Stansted Airport, the M11, and rail links into London Liverpool Street or Cambridge, this development is well situated for city commuters.

Denbury Homes will contribute over £160,000 to local transport and education facilities through the Section 106 payments. The homes will be fitted with electric vehicle charging points and air source heat pumps where possible.

Sara continues: “Fallows Watch will also offer commercial units for local businesses, and three self-build plots offering individuals the chance to design and construct their own homes, tailored to their specific preferences and needs. We will be launching the Fallows Watch show home in early 2025, which will truly showcase the high-quality homes representative of the ‘Denbury Difference’. There is already a great buzz surrounding Fallows Watch and the sales team is looking forward to talking to buyers about the site.”
